Trina Storage, the leading global energy storage solution provider, has commissioned its first utility storage project, Torre di Pierri, in Italy. The system is developed and owned by Trinasolar's International System Business Unit (ISBU), the global project development arm of Trinasolar, and has seen the two business units collaborate on the site.</p>

Trinasolar, a global leader in smart PV technology and energy storage solutions, has announced that its factory in Yiwu, Zhejiang province, has obtained the 2023 Zero-carbon Factory (Type I) Four-star Certificate – an upgrade from its previous Three-star rating. This is the second time the factory has been awarded since it became the first zero-carbon factory in the photovoltaic (PV) industry last year.</p>

Trina Solar Co., Ltd (“Trinasolar” or “the company”), a global leader in smart PV technology and energy storage solutions, and its Vertex N 720W modules have excelled in UV testing by the China General Certification Centre (CGC). The modules were exposed to UV300, testing that is 20 times tougher than IEC basic UV test (UV 15). The test equals four years of field UV exposure, meaning that the 1.6% total degradation presented by Vertex N is extremely low. </p>

Trina Storage, the leading global energy storage product and solution provider, has signed a strategic partnership with TÜV SÜD, a prominent certification authority. The collaboration, formalised last week at The Smarter E 2024 exhibition, aims to establish a comprehensive product testing and certification programme based on the new EU Battery Regulation (EU2023/1542), that will ensure compliance of Trina Storage energy storage products with the stringent requirements set out by the new regulation.</p>
