Dr. Yifeng Chen, Vice President of State Key Laboratory of PV Science &amp; Technology and Assistant Vice President of Trina Solar, delivered a keynote speech at an international tech conference held in mid-March. Dr. Chen gave an interpretation of the technology evolution of the PV industry from the perspective of size, efficiency, and cost.&nbsp;</p>

<strong>Dubai, UAE: 21 March 2023</strong> - Trina Solar and Al-Raebi for Trading (Al-Raebi) signed a 5-year partnership agreement to supply 500MW of module shipments for the Yemeni market. Trina Solar will provide Al-Raebi with 100MW of its Vertex N n-type i-TOPCon cell technology modules in 2023. The 5-year agreement will cater to the country’s increasing energy needs.</p>

In mid-February, the first 210mm n-type monocrystalline ingot rolled off the production line at Trina Solar’s Qinghai Factory, marking significant progress in the factory’s Phase I. The factory aims to be the first zero-carbon park in its region.</p>

TrinaTracker, the wholly owned Single Axis Tracker manufacturer subsidiary of Trina Solar has signed an 875MW solar tracker supply contract with Samsung C&amp;T (SSCT), for Qatar’s largest solar plant — the industrial cities solar power project (IC Solar).</p>
