The acquisition of the order signals the degree to which the Vertex series modules will lead the Middle East solar market into the era of 500W+ ultra-high power output, boosting the local application of photovoltaic clean energy.</p>

Trina Solar Co., Ltd. today announced that its State Key Laboratory (SKL) of PV Science and Technology (PVST) has fabricated a PERC cell with 23.39% efficiency solely using standard manufacturing equipment. To their best of their knowledge, this is the highest efficiency confirmed by an ISO/IEC 17025 certified calibration laboratory for such an industrial cell.</p>

Trina Solar, world’s leading PV and smart energy total solution provider announced that its downstream project development arm, Trina Solar France System (TSFS) has recently signed a land convention agreement with the government of the City of Biarritz for the operation of a cluster of solar PV projects with a total capacity of 5 MW. These projects will be built on the public domain of the city of Biarritz and will come into commercial operation by 2022.</p>
