Trina Solar Co. Ltd (Trina Solar), the world leading PV and smart energy total solutions provider, and SUMEC Complete Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd. (SUMEC Engineering) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) where the two have agreed to strengthen their level of co-operation in Southeast Asian markets.</p>

<a href="/en-apac/http://www.trendforce.com/">TrendForce</a>, the independent new energy research agency, forecasts that capacity for 210mm products will reach 57% in 2023. As 2022 drew to a close, Trina Solar’s 210mm n-type i-TOPCon cells rolled off the production line in its 8GW factory in Suqian, Jiangsu province. These n-type cells will be used to produce the new generation Vertex N modules, with power output up to 605W and efficiency reaching 22.4%. Full-scale production will guarantee delivery while improving all-round competitiveness and creating greater value for customers.</p>

Trina Solar has maintained its AAA status for the third consecutive quarter in the PV ModuleTech bankability rankings released by PV Tech for Q4 2022.</p>
